Other than some chocolate chip cookies and spritz cookies with my press, I just started truly baking this past December (2011) baking 9 different types of cookies and my first batch of cake pops. I found that I loved baking and found it relaxing with everyone else going on that holiday season. I started taking Wilton cake decorating classes Jan. 2012 and have completed course 1 and course 3 to date (May 2012).
I truly love all things baking and would like to be able to sell my baked goods or possibly open a bakery in the future.
