The planets are almost dummy except for the smallest ones wich are sugar paste.

The sun is two half….one is chocolate and one is vanilla sponge with gianduia cream, Leonardo’s favourite one.
This was done for my 8 years old boy, a space lover!

this is a Panettone (traditional Italian Christmas sweet) .
It has been sliced open and enriched by layering the inside with yummy creams, then closed again and covered with sugar paste.

This one was made for Epifania on Jan 6th. Epifania celebrates the day when the Magi arrived at Jesus’ birth place to ‘pay homage to the king’ with gold, frankincense and myrrh.

Epifania closes the string of winter Holidays, which means Christmas trees and decorations come down, adults go back to work, kids go back to school
