Flower decorated cake for my lady friend. Chocolate is a must for her, so cake was made from chocolate body and mix of chocolate and pistachio cream. Flowers in arrangement chosen by their meaning in the “language of flowers”, and both peony and lisianthus are beautiful, too. Floral arrangementsis completed with petite lily and a butterfly. All flowers made from smartflex-flower sugar fondant, colored in mass and finished with dust colors. Small decorations made from royal icing. The bottom decorating chain is made “in the air” and finished with small sugar pearls.

Two piece cake made for the husband and son of my old schoolmate, before their long term job related travel to Norway. Norway? Sea and salmons, hills and green grass… Funny airplane with waving hand and a white car with lot of kisses to say goodbye to mama.

Barbie Rapunzel dolly upper part dressed in fondant (smartflex flower) and decorated with cream and fondant. Flower meadow made from the colored fondant, grass from the tiny green fondant hairs, flowers hand made, formed and colored.
Rapunzel dolly itself is a gift, so the original clothes and decorations were preserved and given separately. Bottom part of the dolly is carefully packed into plastic wrap before inserting into cake, to protect the dolly.

Birthday cake made for the father of my husband. His family name is King, also the cake is romantic but still crown shaped. Fondant plated cake, wallnut base with coffee and nougat cream. Whit cover from fondant (Smart-flex velvet) with green strip. Royal icing decor on the cake base is finished with a gentle, romantic floral weave from small tulip buds and other tiny flowers. Flowers are hand made from fondant (Smart-flex flower), painted with dust colors.

For my niece at 15 I made a birthday cake, tender, as this age. White-coated cake is decorated with gold butterflies and roses. The main decoration of the cake is a large rose with rosebud in soft pink. Rose is hand shaped, its production takes several hours, but the final rose looks like alive. Rose is modeled from edible modeling fondant mass Smartflex – flower with added Tylo powder. Roses and leaves are powdered with dust colors.

Cake is made from specially flawored spongue dough with strawberry cream. The fondant cover is made from Smartflex-velvet with almond flawor, decorations are made from Smartflex-flower fondant. Coloring is taken from the game, all figurines are eatable, of course… Space blue with metal gray Death Star and gold stars and dust are the major color tones of the cake.

Cake made for my 85 years old Grandma (grand-grandma in fact:-). She loves 19-th century style romantic. And chocolate. Smart-flex fondant covered 2 stage cake, all decorations hand made and painted from Smart-flex Flower fondant. Chocolate flavor with various cream flavour filling.

Birthday cake for another young lady who loves all Disney comics and tales. Especially fairies and princesses… Hand made Tinkerbell from smartflex-flower, also the flower and all small decorations. Tinkerbell sits on the summer flower with all the funny bugs below her in the grass. Kids like that small fondant figures so much ;-)

Requirement for this cake was brief – must be in lilac color, with flowers and birds if they could be … Birds?

No birds I’ve never modelled and family support was very faint. It seemed impossible to my technically-based family men to keep hummingbirds on a single wire and still looked like in flight.

I put the purple – lilac cake on the decorative tray, covered with fondant in the same color with flowers created by confectionary patchwork technique. Floral arrangements with birds were put on the cake so that it can be removed intact again. Although the floral decorations were made from edible smartflex-flower, I know from celebrating that you want this arrangement to keep longer. Although it was not my intention, the honoree was very happy that the cake reminds hats, which she loves.

Romantic storey cake with pink orchids in a flood of green ivy leaves. Orchids are hand molded from edible materials (especially SmartFlex flower-flower) and dust-painted colors. Grain is painted with food marker. Stores of the cake are separated to amplify the impression of the clear air by the stand in butterfly decor.
