Hi there, I have been making cakes for years but only in the last 3-4 years it's become very serious and very busy.
I work full time in London and make cakes evenings and weekends and I am fast approaching a crossroads whether to take the plunge and quit the rat race and be a full time cake artist!
I love making any cakes but the more unusual the better and I will always try and push myself to trying that different technique or making clients a cake that is above their expectations!
