This was the first mother’s day I spent with my mama in 17 years and I was so happy to surprise her with this cake. She didn’t believe it was a cake at first. That was a true compliment! So loved making it for her. Thanks for looking to all my cake friends :)

A ‘Tory Burch’ cake for a co-worker. I made this cake from a picture of a Tory Burch Purse, but made the logo larger and added a pattern to the fondant to give it some texture. Thanks for looking!

I got permission from Tony @ White Crafty Cake to make this cake she designed for a customer of mine. They loved her cake so much that they wanted it to be almost identical. I think the difference was the size of the cake rounds… other than that pretty much identical… I hope you all think I did her cake justice….. it was so fun to make …. thank you Tony for the wonderful inspiration!!!!

I made this cake as a presentation piece for the showroom at Cakelove 2012 Vancouver this year. There were some amazing cakes compared to mine, but I loved making it and had so much fun.
