I have loved cake decorating for years but only took the decision to do this full time in the last year after years of working as a Finance Manager. I must admit this is much more fun and I'm really enjoying being artistic and loving how you get to create something that brings joy to my customers as that's the best feeling in the world making your customers happy and seeing their faces when you finally get to see their finished cake. It makes all those late nights worthwhile.
