Loved this cake! Made for a couple who were engaged on the Empire State Building, spent their honeymoon in Africa; went on a safari, and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro:) Buttercream iced with a lot of layers of Airbrushing!

Had fun with this one! for a firefighter/emt graduate, iced in buttercream, airbrushed brushed a lot of this and hand painted some of it. I think my favorite part is the congrats and the name written at the bottom to look like water coming out of the hose:)

Based off of the children’s book New York State of mind, made this cake for a good friend of mine, this is one of her fave books (we work in an Autism program…and has been a hit with our kids as well!!) and she also is a BIG fan of Billy Joel. Iced in Buttercream and hand painted fondant!

First time I did an “explosion” cake, iced in buttercream icing, the black on the top is fondant then i added a black border out of buttercream to hide the edge, filled the middle with rainbow colors of colored sugar:)
