Made these delicate garden roses out of Flowerpaste lately! ;)

‘Three Butterflies Of A Flower” a theme inspired by my co sis’s quote on a pic of Momma and kids.A cake made for our angels.A cake that I hold so dear to my heart!Tried my hands on the new scaling concept that I used to work pretty much in pottery work but not in cake deco!A cake style that fits any occasion!

A work of mine today with a gumpaste Clematis flower and an inside Ombre.The scales work with the new dimension is something which I haven’t seen till date in cake deco.There’s another cake that I have made along with this using the same technique and am yet to post the pics.:)No source of inspiration for the scales work from cake deco but has been an inspiration from one of the pottery work that I did years back.Tried my hands on scaling for cakes here and must say this works .Was happy about the idea!How about you?:)

Not sure how appropriate my posts on Modernist pastry work is on Cake decor,but I don’t know of any other forum where I can post pics of my work on these. So here it is!
Dedicated to all to keep up the spirit .This is my masterpiece and am very happy with the outcome that this is enough to keep me happy for the next six months.Key components:Choco mousse with strawberry gelee insert,vibrant rouge chocolate spray,chocolate dripping as wax and a marzipan flame!:)Hope this makes you happy guys!

This cake is a Baptism cake made for a pretty angel.A three tier Fresh cream cake with a pram as a topper.Making the topper stand over a fresh cream cake was quite a task!But I’m happy with the outcome.:)

Just LOVED making this cake.Oh yes!you do see two names on one birthday cake.It’s a story of a father and son who share the same birth date.How sweet!Isn’t it?The cake is that of an under water theme with father and son sea horses as cake toppers.The plank reads ‘daddy boy birthday’ which could either signify daddy’s boys’ birthday Or daddy’s and son’s birthday.:)There is even a scroll that says TIME TWINS since they both share the same birthday.Isn’t that sweet?

Sunshine-a modern concept wedding cake with bottom tier having geometrical accents and standing 8 inches in height,top tier pleated design and textured top,adorned with a beautiful Cataleya Orchid.

This wiggles cake was made for a big time Little Wiggles fan.
