This was such a fab cake to make.I had free reign as Mom just requested a multi themed Superhero cake.
Tiers are all Vanilla sponge with jam&buttercream filling.The birthday boy was chuffed to bits with it:)

Princess Castle made for a 1st Birthday.Tiers comprise of Vanilla sponge with Jam and Buttercream and a Lemon sponge with Lemon Curd and Buttercream.The Wilton Castle set was also used partly for the towers and turrets:)

This cake was a request from a friend who recently returned from a Holiday to Thailand,where whilst there her other half used rather a lot of Toilet Roll,and bore the brunt of the joke :)

This was a first for me.I Had been wanting to do a Lightening Mcqueen for ages, but must admit i was a little nervous to start him.I trawled through the net for tutorials and best ways to carve cars.I must say i still cant believe how well he turned out.I was very pleased with the outcome:)

This was a great little cake that i whipped up for the return of my daughter from Uni on her Easter break!

The cake consists of 2 Vanilla Sponge cakes,craved free hand as i always do my cakes.He sits on a 14” board.
I had great fun making this chappy,which took me 3 days in total including all the decorating!

A Fab 18th birthday cake i was asked to make.All decorations are handmade including Tiara and Key.I added the pillow as an extra .This was my 1st pillow cake.Definitely not as easy as they look.
Overall i was pleased with the outcome:)

Princess Castle cake requested for 4th Birthday.
Set on a 20” board.The cake is Madiera filled with Vanilla Buttercream and Jam,turrets are RKT covered with fondant and cones covered in Royal icing and dipped in pink sugar crystals.

This is a Vanilla sponge of double height cake,requested for a ‘moms’ 60th Birthday.
I love the colour’s but was initially a little weary in using the 3 different shades,but as a whole i was thrilled with the outcome.

Was a great cake to make,and he loved it!

This was a Special request for Valentines..12 red roses sit on a Madagascan Vanilla sponge generously filled with Vanilla Buttercream ..This cake sits on a 13” board and is scattered with tiny red hearts and a Message of ‘Love you always’ in Gold hearts.
