I am a home baker exclusively for the intolerant and allergen challenged foodie. In my wide ranging repertoire I have cakes, sweet and savoury scones and pies, biscuits, cookies, cheesecakes, cupcakes, muffins, breads, soups and seasonal preserves.

My main outlets at the moment are local Country Markets, Farmers' Markets and village fayres, fetes and galas.
