I’ve been planning this cake since February and I have been equally nervous since then. My first pillow cake and my first leopard and giraffe print! The tiara is gum paste with sugar diamonds and the leopard print was painted with liquefied powder coloring. Pink fondant is Fondarific Strawberry flavored, dark brown fondant is Satin Ice Chocolate flavored and the three tiers are as follows: top – Dark Chocolate Fudge cake with chocolate ganache, mid – French Vanilla sponge cake with fresh vanilla custard, bottom – Fudge marble with swiss meringue buttercream.
