this cake is covered entirely in dyed white chocolate, with hand moulded chocolate flowers made up of roses, peonies and anemonies, and of course the hand made and painted butterflies.

This cake is very close to my heart, it was made especially for my little sisters wedding. her theme was flowers ! as you can see from the cake. The cake is covered in white fondant icing and all the flowers on the cake are hand made from flower paste, they complemented the flowers perfectly, and many people thought they were real fresh roses!

This cake was made for a great expectations photo shoot, the colours had to be kept muted and very vintage the lace and pearl detail makes it a very romantic cake …. much nicer than Miss Havisham’s, i definitely was not going to add cobwebs!

this wedding cake is entirely made out of chocolate, it took a very long time to make as it was done on the hottest week of the year !! typical :) the theme was bright colours and Camper vans, which is why i used a choolate WV mould to add to the cake

Based on the choccywoccydoodah cake, i really enjoyed making this chocolate masterpiece :)

I wanted to make this cake for ages!! i used soft colours to go with the vintage theme, i was undecided between a blue or green background, i went with green in the end because i wanted to give it a cottage garden feel, next time i think i will have a go at painting some birds in the cage!

I know this style of cake has been seen many times before but i just thought id share my version with everyone, i used semolina for the sand and hand painted the seashells and decided that flip flops look better on the groom than shoes :)

this is another one of my display cakes, i love the contrast in colour, its rich and deep but very pretty and simple, the cake is all icing the fondant is brown icing and the flowers are made out of flower paste. would look just as good in yellow, hot pink or orange!

this cake is inspired by chocywoccydoodah, one of my brides chose it for her wedding cake, its not til july but i loved it so much i decided to make it as a show cake. its pretty and bright and reminds me of country cottage gardens. its all decorated with belgian chocolate and chocolate paste, would love your feedback x
