How to make sugar Pearls or fondant balls the same size...

Making sugarballs or pearls to go around the base of a cake sounds simple but making them all the same size is a challenge in itself. There are various tools to make them, but even then I find them quite slow and mostly a pain to use. Here is a tutorial I made a while back…so simple when you know how!

You can make them with fondant, sugarpaste, modelling paste or gumpaste.
