My baking adventure #3: Rosemary Chicken with Portobello Mushrooms Recipe

I came across a rosemary chicken recipe of how the way Olive Garden does it. So I decided to give it a try, I mean I don’t usually cook it this way. I usually just roast it in the oven. My husband and I had that plate (refer to the photo at the very end of the video). We had it with a Chardonnay, and some jazz music, it was divine. Simple preparation and doesn’t take very long to cook. I think the preparation and cooking took about 35-40 minutes. Valentines is coming, maybe you can dine at home with your spouse, cook something cool and easy like this :)

2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
200g Fresh Portobello mushrooms, sliced
4 chicken breasts, cut into even thickness
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, diced
¼ cup dry white wine
¾ cup chicken broth
2+2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cups fresh spinach
