How to Decorate Vintage Halloween Cookies

Halloween is less than 2 1/2 weeks away, a perfect time to share my Vintage Halloween Cookie tutorial. For these cookies I used soft consistency icing to ice the cookies. I will show you to achieve a lovely smooth iced cookie with dimension using this thicker consistency.
