Aristocraticookies - His Majesty the Royal Icing #1: Aristocratic Hat Cookies

I am starting today my tutorials series by showing how to decorate a cookie with royal icing chasing the design chosen earlier.
Start to draw a hat on a dried flooded cookie and flood/runout the surface using a number 1 PME or Wilton nozzle.
Leave it to dry. After that you have to embellish it with a bunch of roses and leaves made with royal icing using the number 56R PME nozzle for the roses & the bow and ST50 PME nozzle for the leaves.
