Apple, Cinnamon, and Clove Christmas Cake

Hi Everyone!
One of my favourite holidays is definitely Christmas. I love the atmosphere, the smells, the preparations, the food and above all the enthusiasm of my son for Christmas. It is something that certainly for us parents is priceless, and it is also what makes us go back to be little children!!

This is why I really wanted to make a cake with the flavours and Christmas smells, and smells like apple, cinnamon and cloves are the best?!?!?!
