Tool Review - Blossom Cutter Set

This is a four piece set which I find great for so many uses. I love how easy they are to use. Because of the plunger action the fondant pops right out with no sticking and gives a perfect edge every time.

The obvious use is for blossom flowers and these always look great but I have found other ways too. The largest one can double up as a small cloud for kids cakes (you have to stretch the shape a little), a collar on a figures clothing, the brim of a hat, a fairy’s cap or as blossom bunting displaying the recipients name. The smaller ones can be used to cut out patterns from the fondant, be used as delicate borders or simply to cascade all the way down a cake. They can be frilled, veined and wired to make gorgeous sprays and pretty looking flowers. You can even make a small rose using these cutters. I guess the possibilities are endless if you have the imagination!

I’ve used these on my Laduree cake and the hypericum berry spray tutorial, I like them too :)

Thank you Cheryl, great ideas!
