Equipment needed:
Create-a-Cake Sugarpaste (non stick)
Edible glue
PME Star plunge cutter
Snowflake lustre dust
PME Cutting wheel
Rolling pin
Decobake pump brush

Roll out sugarpaste. This is the thickness recommended with sugarpaste. Create-a-Cake sugarpaste can be rolled thinner than other brands.

Press the plunge cutter into the icing holding it at the base.

Lift the plunge cutter up and push the top to eject the sugarpaste. Cut out the desired amount of stars.

Roll out a second piece of white sugarpaste and use the PME cutting wheel to make a rectangle shape.

Use the cutting wheel to cut thin strips of sugarpaste.

Roll out blue sugarpaste and use the cutting wheel to make a square shape.

Place the sugarpaste stars onto the blue square and press down lightly.

Arrange the stars as you wish.

Roll once over the sugarpaste from top to bottom and left to right.

Tidy up the edges.

Use the blue square as a template for the red sugarpaste. Trim to fit.

Place the white sugarpaste strips over the red square. Roll once over the sugarpaste from top to bottom.

Turn the blue square over.

Lay the red square over the blue square.

Use the cutting wheel to cut straight lines at every corner of the square.

Pick up one section and secure in the middle with a dot of edible glue.

Lift every second corner and fold inwards. Decorate the centre with another star.

Open the Decobake pump brush by twisting the brush.

Add the lustre dust.

Brush over pinwheel.

Tah-daaaaaaah :)
