Apple wedding favors

Hi everyone,

so I thought I’d gauge the feeling of people and see what people think about these new event favors that I’m thinking about offering.

I had made these samples for a client, who later changed her mind and decided to go a different way, so I don’t have my usual “professional” pictures, but I’m wondering what you all think of chocolate covered apples as wedding favors? They could be customisable with different designs to match the theme/colors of the event.

I feel they are a nice alternative for the fall/winter months and can be looked at as more “green” than a traditional favor that may just be a trinket. Also great, as a substitute for dessert and a bit more healthy for the kids. Picture a tower of these apples (with or without sticks) individually packaged in a box as a centerpiece at the table. Who doesn’t love double duty favors???

Let me know what you think.

What an original idea Mel. I absolutely love it! It’s a pity the client changed her mind. I remember seeing your sample a few months back & it was stunning!
