Chocolate Raspberry Cookies

I got a nice Christmas gift from my lovely wife, a book with Cake & Cookies recipes. Actually I requested it :) It’s for beginners and I long wanted to try some easy to follow baking recipes.

Let me share my third creation of this year with you – Chocolate Raspberry Cookies. No fancy decorating but tasted well and friends liked them. What more can you ask for?

Yup, cookies editor’s choice in a few months for sure :))

Recipe is easy:
1. mix 2 eggs and sugar
2. melt chocolate in hot butter
3. mix #1 and #2 together, add flour and raspberries
4. wait a few minutes
5. give it a taste, 10 times
6. form fancy cookies with a spoon
7. bake for about 20 mins
