I had made this special cake for a friend of ours. Her daughter wanted tinkerbell so i made the little Eden dressed as tinkerbell.
Decorated with royal icing dots and stripes , with gumpaste flowers.

This cake was made for a lady i make cakes every year. This year she would have turned 88. Unfortunately she passed away 3 days before i made the cake. This was made for nurses who took care of the lady so they could still have cake as a surprise

This wedding cake had to be made in one day because they changed the date of the party. They originally wanted cushions but i didnt have the time to do that sketch.

I had the chance to make a birthday cake like i want and the lady was going to be 18 and marry very soon.
So i made a cake with roses and wanted a soft touch to it by using my lace moulds.

The little girl wanted lots of hearts on her cake. So i just punched out lots of hearts and 1 big one and put them on the cake. The birthday mom was very happy with the cake

I got this order friday night after work and had to work saturday too. I baked the cake early saturday morning and decorated it saturday night.

For a cake competition with burlesque theme i made this cake. My design was with influence of the many clothing and high class society burlesque in the 1920’s.

The cake was decorated with ricepaper and sugarveil. I also used icing and patchwork cutters for some details

I wanted to try more modelling techniques and try out the molly paste so made this lady. A whole other concept of a face and just tried it. I hope to get it more refined the other time.
