needed - gluten free cake that tastes lile cake!

Hi, iv been trying loads or recipes but can’t seem to find a sponge cake that actually tastes like cake and is gluten free, do anyone have a tried and tested recipe please?

Get yourself a copy of Julia Thomas’ book, Cake Angels. I’ve tried several recipes and they are always a great hit!
