its a 8” 10” 12” lemon sponge

this was my first ever thomas cake,made for my friends sons 1st birthday

i baked this for my friends little boys 1st birthday,it was my first attempt at a 3d cake,mickey is made entirely of cake(his head is made of cake and buttercream moulded together like a cakepop)

made for ours sons 4th birthday(quickly whilst he went out with daddy),hes been ordering what cake he wanted me to make for month now(changed his mind every other week so i opted for cupcakes of a few of his favourite characters)

these were made for our twin daughters birthday(their complete tomboys),they were purple vanilla sponge with cream cheese frosting

this was 6 6”x12” battenbergs but for a couple that were having a darling buds of may themed wedding that didnt like fondant and were honeymooning in egypt(so seemed to be a great alternative option plus pyramid shaped),colours were ocre yellow,rusty red,peach and moss green,i also sprayed gold lustre onto cake to co-ordinate with the gold overlay on bridemaids dresses

10” square chocolate cake

this is a 8” vanilla sponge cake with a night garden theme made for a very sweet 2 year old girl,it was a last minute order,cake drum and box arrived just as i was about to ice it,talk about cutting it fine!!lol,it was well worth it to see her face light up though :)
