This was a birthday cake for a guy who loved the honeybadger video. the cake was covered in modeling chocolate, and the details were made of modeling chocolate as well. The honey on the honeycomb was poured suger. The whole honeybadger was cake inside, no styrofoam or rice krispies.

This was a concert grand piano done for a concert pianist. It was based on his antique Steinway concert grand. the body of the piano is the cake.

This cake was covered in chocolate ganache and piped ganache designs based on the architectural designs at the reception site.

This one was made for a 90-yr-old’s birthday. I did the flowerpots in buttercream to avoid using fondant. The flowers are all gumpaste.
