This is a video that I did a while ago on how to fix a broken meringue buttercream. I’m doing another one about a differnt way to do it, so this would be part one. I’ll post part two when I get the video done. This is a basic skill that everyone should know, because there will come a time when your buttercream needs to be rescued!
