Nancy,

Hi Nancy and Jennifer, sorry for not replying sooner, I’ve been swamped! :) Thanks for helping out Jennifer, I’m looking forward to trying Dulce De Leche as it sounds delicious! I’m not sure what country you’re in Nancy, but in England, other ladies are telling me you can purchase ‘Carnation Cook with Caramel’
I hope that helps, would love to hear how you go with it. Thanks Ladies :)

Hi, just wondering how this goes under fondant..does it hold up like Choc Ganache

Hi KimmyJury, yes this recipe is actually designed to go under fondant. I would add more Top n Fill if you’re just using it as a filling to make it more luscious! :)

Oh Great!..thanks :)

Hi, i have followed the recipe to the letter but mine has seperated and there seems to be a butter like substance floating on the top :-(

Hi LiMi, I think you just need to let it cool a little and then re-whip it. Let me know how you go :)

Hi Raewyn, I was just wondering if the thick cream is the thickened cream in Coles or Woolworths? I normally use pure cream for chocolate ganache. Thanks Julie

Hi Julie, it sure is. That’s all I ever use with great success :) x

Does this need to be kept refrigerated due to having cream in the recipe?

Hey Rae, What the heck is top and fill? We don’t have it in the U.S.A. I really would love to try this recipe! <3 Thanks for sharing Gorgeous! xx
