My favorite! but how did you empty the turrets, and are the cones made out of ice cream cone?

Thank you Nadine. yes they are ice cream cones, I used small and large ones, cut small circles of fondant, and stuck them on overlapping each other. The turrets are made by rolling a large piece of gumpaste round a cardboard tube, scoring a brick pattern on and leaving to dry. Then i attached to the cake with royal icing. Hope this answers your questions xx.
