Wow Sasi, I could never make such a beautiful cake in such a short amount of time. Did that include making those gorgeous roses too? Love their colors!

Thank you so much Toni for your encouraging words :—)…Oh no..no not the roses they need the drying time for the petals ( However I did try once before to do a rose as I was decorating a cupcake and it was hell trying to keep the petals upright). Thankfully I had made some and kept for these kind of emergencies!!

Your roses look so real Sassi!! well done:) But tell me, when did you have time to do them? and how long do they take you, and which technique do you use? ( Sorry, too many questions:))

Thank you so much Nadine. As I mentioned in the previous comment, the purple and green roses were done before for this kind of emergencies but the pink one on the cupcake ( imbedded in the comments) was done on the go. The drying time also varies on the weather and how thin the petals are.
