Kathy, do you know I was a second and night shift nurse too for several years in the 1980’s! I did this directly out of school and had taken a cake decorating class with friend that was very basic buttercream. I taught myself the rest. lol I read your story and thought, hey, we have similar starts to our careers! Cool!
