Rae was on a 20" board we moved it on the table slid into car then onto a table at the other end was pretty stable as had a very thick dowel 20" hgh screwed to the base board

Wishful thinking Ian…teehee but ganache was Whiskey flavoured as I used a little essence that you make home spirits with in the ganache as normal whiskey would make it too soft ;-)
