Just woke up and seen this . Congrats Sarah it’s brilliant looks amazing. Question did you buy the modelling choc or make your own. I made it once and tried to use it. Lol it looked nothing like yours. The modelling on yours is perfect :)

Robin thank you so much. I used modelling chocolate from Chocolate Earth here in NZ. It was already coloured which made life easy :)
