Gorgeous ! LOVE this !
Hi! I have been asked to make a cake JUST LIKE YOURS for a wedding. Actually she wants two! I hope you don’t mind if I try to duplicate your work and was wondering if you can tell me how you did the rosettes! Beautiful work and definitely worthy of a wedding!

No problem Bonald :) Actually I am extremely happy:) ! I just started decorating cakes three months ago – this is my sixth one :) so I didn’t expect so many positive reactions:) thanks!!!
How to do the bottom? You cut out circles. Then you fold them in half and roll them into something looking like a flower. I tried to roll them in various ways – I didn’t want them to be the same :) Stick them to the cake starting from the bottom row :)
How to make the flower? Here is a great tutorial: http://cakejournal.com/tutorials/how-to-make-a-gum-paste-peony-part-1/ . The only problem was that I didn’t have peony petal cutters and peony flower veiner;) so I simplified it a little – I used round cutters (different sizes) :)
Please add a photo once you finish:) I really want to see it :)

Is the ruffle fondant? What size circles did you use? I would love to try this, it’s beautiful…..normally I’m not a big fan of cakes covered in fondant, but I could use buttercream ….thank you for your time.
Yes ;) I think it was about 4 cm…but I’m not sure – I made that cake a long time ago ;)
