Crikey!! You’ve nailed this perfectly!! awesome talent! You’ve got nowhere to hide with a cake like this. Total exposure to any flaws (of which there are none!). I also love your uncluttered cake boards. It’s always so tempting to make ‘bits and bobs’ to go with the cake because it’s so much fun to do that – but doesn’t always make it better. Brilliant work as always. xx
