I am a newbie to the cake world. I started making sugar figures as a hobby 2 years ago, which was soon followed by full cakes for friends and family. I am self taught and am trying to start my own cake topper business. I have a chronic illness so am limited to how much I can do but making cakes and cake toppers has given me a new lease of life. I have a lot to learn and a long way to go but am eager to learn and improve.=)
