When i was growing up my mum always use to make my birthday cakes, disney characters, ballerina’s, maypoll’s you name it she made it for me.
She used to let me help her and i got to lick the spoon after. So i guess you could say i got my cake fasination from her. :)
But it was not untill recently that i started to make cakes my self.
I started trying out techniques and receipes on my partner and friends, and had great compliments.
Then a few weeks ago a collegue at work asked me to make some cupcakes for his grandsons birthday, who is a big man utd fan, so you can guess what they had on them.
The results were great and everyone loved them, there are some pictures on my page.
I’m now currently making my second cupcake order which are for a 12 year old girl who loves tatty teddy’s and pink.
I’ll let you know how they go and put some pictures up next week.
