I start cakedecorating in 2003 together with another friend. Now I give classes in cakedecoration. I love sugar flower. This is what I teach. I am from Spain-Gran Canaria but I live in Denmark. I am 53 years old and I used to travel to the cakedecorating show in Birmingham with many friends, every year. I got twice silver with my cakes and a gold.
