60 of these were packaged for take home gifts for the guests the other 60 for the party. These 60 were a variety of Vanilla with Chocolate Mousse filling, Chocolate with Peanut Butter filling, Lemon with raspberry filling, Strawberry and Orange had vanilla filling.

This cake is for an local elementary school cast party. The characters on this cake were supplied to me by my customer. The cake itself is a vanilla and chocolate marble with Vanilla Buttercream icing done in gradient shades. The decorations on the cake are gumpaste and fondant.

This cake is inspired by the bedding for my soon to be 5th grandchild. The Ark is all cake with chocolate and vanilla buttercream. And the animals are gumpaste with painted features in edible coloring.

Special request from the little 3 yr old…he loves the Afro circus from Madagascar 3. This cake is a three layer vanilla cake with buttercream icing. All pictures, lettering and border decoration are hand-piped in buttercream.
