My latest cake with hidden surprises…and lots of strawberries.

Using my pictures inside cake method, I felt a little Spring coming along….well, we are actually heading into Winter now in South Africa…but Spring just sounds that much better. Enjoy!

Using my new Pan-Tone method I have created a rainbow pattern inside my cake…it even surprised me!

The Pan-Tones is a tutorial which includes three of my cakes. This is the “Ndebele Nca”, then there is the “Neon Easter Cake” which describes the top layer and the bottom layer which are different baking methods. An exceptionally innovative new way that I have devised for baking with high-definition inside cake shapes.

My latest cake which is a combination of my two new techniques which I have been working on.

I had a dream about the flowers which come to life after the winter rain in the arid Northern Cape of South Africa. I then tried to translate the dream into a method of creating the look inside this cake, which I have succeeded in doing. They say if you can dream it you can do it!

Got into a buzz and made a bee inside cake.

Snowman and snowflakes inside my cakes. It has been a fun year of designing cake interiors, and with less than a month to Xmas, I thought to present this festive idea. Enjoy!! (Although in South Africa it does not snow in December, snowflakes and snow are just such an integral part of the whole celebration that I simply had to capture it in a cake).

The bottom of my cake is my new giraffe pattern, and the top is my unique technique of introducing picture elements into my cakes.
