White almond sour cream cake. Buttercream icing. Pirouette cookies used for bamboo poles. Sugar surf boards and gumpaste seashells. The “sand” is a mixture of brown sugar and organic sugar.

Thanks! I obsessed over this cake for weeks, and I have to say, it turned out exactly like I saw it in my head. lol It was a lot of fun.
