A 5.5 kg cake with a total weight of 7.5 kg. I made the box frame out of gum paste and left it to dry for 24 hours. Then attached it with melted white chocolate. The baby ’s head is made of thermocol. Inside the box I have stacked two ( 4 layers) of 8.5 inch square vanilla cake with blueberry cream filling and covered in rolled fondant on 2 separate bases for easy cutting and serving.
