This is a doll cake where the whole skirt part is cake (actually 2 cakes), filled, iced, then decorated with fondant. I had a pastry cream filling and a board dividing the two cakes, so I had to get rid of the doll’s legs. Her torso was nicely secured in the cavity of the top cake.
