I made this cake for a TV casting DEJA SITIO PARA EL POSTRE. I enjoyed a lot making it.

The cake is a vanilla sponge soaked with a brandy syrup, filled with a homemade strawberries and raspberries marmalade and vanilla buttercream and covered with vanilla buttercream. I decorated it as a basket.
At the top I put some desserts as: mini Napolitan flans, mini vanilla and white chocolate cheesecakes and also some chocolate cupcakes covered with dark chocolate ganache and an Italian merengue caramel buttercream.

This cake represents all the flavors and recipes that I have learned during my past years.
