This cake was made for a lovely couple, Leticia and Chris. Leticia was from Brazil and Chris was from France. The reason for the really large top tier was due to the size of the cake topper supplied by Leticia. The base tier was a 14" dummy, the second a 12" chocolate truffle and the top a 10" coconut and lime.
