This is a quick and easy effective cake for Christmas and would make a gorgeous centre piece on your table.
You can make the cake itself by cooking half in a normal cake tin and half in a pudding bowl and placing the two together.

The lace around the bottom of the cake has been made using the Lottie Lace mould by Karen Davies.
The brooch on top of the cake underneath the handle has been made from our Brooch Mould.
And the holly leaves have been made from PME Holly leaf push cutters.
