Quick Girly Cake
This quick and easy three tier cake has been made using three Karen Davies moulds -
Lottie Lace – for the base of the top tier
Three Rose Cupcake top – for the top tier
Bows mould – for both the large bows and the smaller bows lining the bottom of the second tier.
I piped the pears around the second tier using a No.2 nozzle and Royal Icing.
I cut out the circles for the polka dot bottom tier using a tin of various size circle cutters from The Cakery Shop.
The cake has been covered and decorated with Karen Davies Sugar paste which comes in either Vanilla or Marshmallow flavour.
