Mardi Gras 65th Birthday

Cake by Harina posted 427 days ago 817 views 1 time favorited 2 comments Add to Favorites

Made this cake for a dear friend’s mom’s 65th birthday. I loved making this cake, it was so fun! Also, this has got to be the biggest and tallest cake i’ve made. Crown, mask and coins were handmade with gum paste. I also experimented with a new homemade marshmallow fondant recipe which yielded the vibrant colors and was very easy to work with.

Thanks for looking!
