This is the special wedding gift for my cousin.The combination of gum paste ruffles, rosettes and English cabbage roses in ombre represents the bride’s charm, elegance and deep love for shades of purple . And Royal Icing red lace naturally matches the color of the beautiful bride’s “ao dai” (our traditional women’s gown). What an inspiring time for me to create the cake!
