A semi-truck cake for a 4 year old! He loves his dad’s red semi-truck and identified it right away when I delivered it. These trucks usually hold corn or soy-beans, but this particular one had chocolate cake with chocolate bavarian cream filling in it. The cab is separate from the trailer. The wheels are fondant covered oreo cookies. All of it is iced in buttercream with fondant details.
