My very first wedding cake. Not sure if I ever want to do another as it was so stressful thinking I could seriously screw up someone’s most important day, but I did love the theme. Bride wanted very little color just sandy coppery tones which I hope I provided. I was given free reign on pretty much every aspect of this cake from flavors to design. I kept the top tier a simple flavor of French vanilla with French vanilla buttercream and did bottom tier a chocolate, chocolate chip with caramel fleur de sol filling and chocolate buttercream with chocolate ganache. Only thing not edible is sea horses as we wanted something special for her to have as a keep sake.
